Located in the scenic Eastern Free State, Wyndford is seeking a Guest Relations Assistant who thrives in nature, enjoys working with families, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a fun, welcoming environment for guests through games, entertainment, and activities
Lead guided hikes ensuring guest safety and enjoyment
Organize and host daily family-friendly games and social events
Assist with light maintenance duties across the farm
Support bar service operations when needed
Help coordinate staff transport and behind-the-scenes logistics
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
No formal qualifications required
Previous experience in hospitality or maintenance (advantageous but not essential)
Must be comfortable working in a remote, outdoor setting
Key Competencies:
Friendly and outgoing personality with a love for working with people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on and practical mindset for light maintenance tasks
Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
A true team player who thrives in a close-knit, guest-focused environment
Love for nature and rural living
Remuneration:
R5 000 – R6 000 per month
