Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and quality service
Delegate tasks effectively to restaurant staff to ensure smooth workflow
Communicate regularly with management to align business goals and customer satisfaction
Set and manage performance targets and incentives to boost profitability
Handle customer complaints professionally in line with company service standards
Promote a positive and proactive team culture
Manage staff conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
Uphold and enforce the Staff Code of Conduct
Guarantee an excellent guest experience for all visitors
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock control
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role (required)
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Experience in customer service, stock control, and staff training
Hospitality or business qualification (advantageous)
