    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and quality service

    4. Set and manage performance targets and incentives to boost profitability

    5. Handle customer complaints professionally in line with company service standards

    7. Manage staff conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

    • Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role (required)

    • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

    • Experience in customer service, stock control, and staff training

    • Hospitality or business qualification (advantageous)
