Introduction:
Jalusi Corporation is seeking a Camp Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a remote hospitality camp. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, staff coordination, resource management, and operational efficiency, all while upholding high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety. This role is ideal for an energetic and service-oriented leader with strong communication and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily camp operations and staff schedules
Ensure guest comfort, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
Manage stock control, supply levels, and basic maintenance needs
Handle bookings, check-ins, and guest feedback professionally
Motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Communicate effectively with guests and staff from diverse backgrounds
Prepare and submit operational performance reports to management
Maintain high standards of presentation, hospitality, and client satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience in camp, lodge, or hospitality management
Proficient in handling guest services, reservations, and complaints
Strong staff management and leadership background
Experience with inventory and supply chain control (advantageous)
