Eduvos is looking for a Affairs Advisor to provide proactive support, guidance, and care throughout the lifecycle—from enrolment to graduation. This role is crucial to enhancing the experience, fostering engagement, and improving retention, particularly for online learners.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Integration

Facilitate end-to-end enrolment and onboarding processes

Manage the handover from admissions/new business teams

Support system access, induction, and orientation for new students

Oversee contract management and documentation
Relationship Management
-
Serve as primary contact for assigned students
-
Respond to and resolve queries (academic, financial, wellbeing)

Conduct scheduled student check-ins and relationship-building interactions
-
Manage communications between students and sponsors
A Affairs & Engagement
- Coordinate Representative Council (SRC) and class representative processes
- Implement events, clubs, and societies to foster a sense of community
- Support wellness initiatives, provide first-level safeguarding support and referrals
- Develop and roll out operational plans and budgets for activities
Minimum Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Education, Educational Psychology, or Communication
- Honours degree is advantageous
Experience:
- 2+ years in customer service, preferably in higher education or an advisory role
