Responsibilities:
- Drive new enrolments and revenue growth across all assigned campuses.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional team.
- Submit accurate forecasts and implement data-driven growth strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and apply corrective actions to meet targets.

Coordinate effectively with marketing, operations, and other departments
- Manage regional budgets, infrastructure needs, and team capacity.

Recruit and onboard sales staff, support ongoing development, and build succession pipelines
- Oversee governance, compliance, and risk mitigation within the function.

Foster a positive team culture, support wellness initiatives, and lead through change
- Leverage CRM systems and digital tools to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred: Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Leadership
Experience:
- 6+ years in management.

Proven track record leading teams of 8+ members

Experience in the higher education sector advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals.
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of strategy and processes.
