    Regional Sales Manager Eduvos

    • Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive new enrolments and revenue growth across all assigned campuses.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing regional team.
    • Submit accurate forecasts and implement data-driven growth strategies.
    • Monitor KPIs and apply corrective actions to meet targets.
    • Coordinate effectively with marketing, operations, and other departments

    • Manage regional budgets, infrastructure needs, and team capacity.
    • Recruit and onboard sales staff, support ongoing development, and build succession pipelines

    • Oversee governance, compliance, and risk mitigation within the function.
    • Foster a positive team culture, support wellness initiatives, and lead through change

    • Leverage CRM systems and digital tools to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Preferred: Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Leadership

    Experience:

    • 6+ years in management.
    • Proven track record leading teams of 8+ members

    • Experience in the higher education sector advantageous

    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals.

    Skills:

    • In-depth understanding of strategy and processes.
    • Strong customer-focused approach

    • Familiarity with marketing principles and remote team management

    • Excellent analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities

    • Proficiency with CRM and digital collaboration tools
