Tender Description
CENTLEC SOC LTD is inviting suitably qualified service providers to bid for the provision of public domestic electrical connections within the CENTLEC electricity supply area for a period of 36 months.
The appointed service provider will be responsible for supporting the rollout of domestic electricity connections to residential users within CENTLEC’s distribution network.
Objectives
The main objective of the tender is to:
- Provide domestic electricity connections within the CENTLEC supply area.
- Expand access to reliable electricity for residential consumers.
- Support the delivery of residential electrification projects.
- Ensure electrical connection work is carried out safely and in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Maintain reliable service delivery throughout the 36-month contract period.
Scope of Work
The scope involves the end-to-end provision of public domestic electrical connections for residential users within the CENTLEC supply area.
This may include activities associated with:
- Domestic electrical connection installations.
- Connection of residential properties to the electricity distribution network.
- Installation and associated electrical infrastructure.
- Testing and commissioning of connections.
- Compliance with applicable electrical and safety requirements.
