    Eduvos is hiring a Learning Coach to join its student support team. This permanent role is ideal for individuals passionate about guiding students through their educational journeys. As a Learning Coach, you will serve as a critical support figure—ensuring students remain motivated, overcome challenges, and successfully complete their qualifications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide academic support, coaching, and motivation to students enrolled in online learning programmes

    • Assist students with personal barriers, time management, goal setting, assignments, and progress planning

    • Track student progress and generate regular feedback using LMS and other internal tools

    • Handle inbound student and stakeholder queries (e.g., academic, technical, and progress-related)

    • Identify at-risk students, develop and implement individual action plans to improve outcomes

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of student support systems and the learning platform

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma (any field)

    • Preferred: Coaching qualification or certification is advantageous

    Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years in education (lecturing, teaching) or in a corporate training / learning & development role

    • Experience with online learning methodologies and LMS platforms (preferably Moodle)

    Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and student-facing communication skills

    • Proficient in MS Office and LMS tools

    • Able to facilitate, present, and engage with groups or individuals confidently

    • Knowledge of Higher Education regulations

    • Understanding of SETA processes and learnerships is a plus
