    Job Overview:

    The Shopify Implementation Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of high-performing Shopify e-commerce stores. This includes configuring storefronts, customizing themes, integrating apps and tools, and ensuring best-in-class user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a good eye for UX/UI, and a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices. The role requires a proactive individual capable of independently managing store builds while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and effective online retail solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the full implementation lifecycle of Shopify stores – from initial setup to launch.

    • Customize and configure Shopify themes in line with brand and UX/UI standards.

    • Build and manage comprehensive product catalogs including collections, variants, and tags.

    • Integrate third-party apps, marketing tools, shipping and payment solutions.

    • Optimize store performance for speed, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.

    • Troubleshoot implementation issues and ensure timely resolution.

    • Work with design, content, marketing, and IT teams to ensure proper store setup.

    • Stay updated with Shopify developments, tools, and ecosystem changes.

    • Document workflows and provide training for internal stakeholders on store maintenance.

    • Ensure compliance with best practices for security and data privacy.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, E-commerce, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

    • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus.

    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify’s templating language).

    • Strong understanding of e-commerce UX/UI principles.

    • Experience with Shopify apps, APIs, and third-party integrations.

    • Knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital marketing strategies.

    • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

    • Experience working with Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX collaboration.

    • Familiar with analytics and tracking tools: Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar.

    • Understanding of Klaviyo, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.

    • Experience with multi-client accounts or agency work is a plus.

    • Knowledge of internationalization features like multi-currency and multilingual store setups.

    Package & Remuneration:

    USD 1,300 – 2,500 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
