    Job Overview:

    Motus Stellantis Bloemfontein is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join their New Vehicle Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new vehicles, maintaining client relationships, and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for the motor industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and event attendance.

    • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for potential customers.

    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.

    • Negotiate and close sales in a professional and customer-centric manner.

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following up post-sale.

    • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Proven sales experience (preferably in the automotive industry).

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

    • Goal-driven and able to work both independently and within a team.

    • Sound knowledge of automotive technology, trends, and the sales process.

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    • Minimum: Matric (Grade 12)
      Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
