    Job Purpose:

    As a Team Member at Lovisa, your role is to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and contribute to a fun, fashion-focused retail environment. You will also be trained to perform Lovisa’s ear piercing service and maintain high standards of store presentation.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Team Member, you’ll be expected to:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service

    • Conduct piercing services (training provided)

    • Restock and merchandise products on the go

    • Operate the cash register

    • Open and close the store – including cleaning

    • Build strong relationships with colleagues & customers

    • Represent the Lovisa brand personality (fun, stylish, confident)
