Job Purpose:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle, resolving industrial relations (IR) matters, and supporting leaders with strategic and day-to-day HR matters. You will be a culture builder and a trusted advisor ensuring compliance, performance, and people-centered excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage employee onboarding, engagement, and retention processes.

Provide expert guidance on industrial relations (IR) and labour law compliance.

Address and resolve employee grievances and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Advise and support managers on HR best practices, disciplinary processes, and policies.

Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and systems.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, systems, and culture initiatives.

Ensure seamless administration of KPI systems, performance documentation, and HR reporting.

Be a go-to person for employee queries and foster a service-oriented HR function.
Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Industrial Relations.

Valid Code 8 driver’s license.

Solid knowledge of labour laws, conflict resolution, and collective bargaining processes.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Strong MS Office and HRIS proficiency.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
