Purpose of the Job
To support the execution of daily hedging and trading operations by providing administrative, analytical, and research support within the finance team. The role is designed for a detail-oriented individual eager to grow in a fast-paced agribusiness environment.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Education: Recent graduate or early-career professional in Finance, Economics, or a related field

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a financial or trading-related environment (advantageous)

Skills Required:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience with data analysis tools (advantageous)

Strong numerical and analytical ability
-
High attention to detail and accuracy
-
Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing hedging and trading strategies

Ensure accuracy and integrity of trading and financial data

Prepare daily reports and reconciliations

Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to support smooth execution of trades and related tasks
