    Purpose of the Job

    To deliver excellent customer service through efficient operation at the point of sale (POS), accurate handling of cash and clubcard rewards, and maintaining merchandising and housekeeping standards—ultimately contributing to a positive in-store customer experience.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience

    • Education:

      • Essential: Grade 12 (Matric)

      • Desirable: Minimum 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level

    • Experience:

      • Desirable: Previous customer-facing role in retail or FMCG environment

    Key Responsibilities

    • Efficiently operate the point of sale system and manage customer transactions accurately

    • Promote and enroll customers into the Clicks Clubcard program

    • Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times

    • Promote in-store promotions to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction

    • Deliver professional and friendly customer service

    • Execute merchandising and maintain store housekeeping as per company standards

    • Stay informed on product ranges, promotions, and store events to assist customers effectively

    • Uphold and live the Clicks values and support its vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer
