    Job Summary

    DigiCert is seeking a Spanish-speaking Technical Support Analyst to join its dynamic Technical Support Team. This role is critical in supporting global customers, resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You’ll collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, marketing) and deliver a seamless customer experience through technical insight and proactive communication.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support in Spanish and English

    • Respond to support tickets, emails, calls, and chats related to DigiCert’s security products

    • Troubleshoot SSL certificate and digital trust-related issues

    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

    • Assist customers with installations, configurations, and technical errors

    • Accurately document and track issues in the CRM system

    • Contribute to the Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) system

    • Stay updated with DigiCert’s evolving product suite and industry best practices

    Required Qualifications

    • Professional working proficiency in Spanish (Essential)

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT support

    • Relevant qualification in Computer Science, IT, or Information Systems

    • Basic understanding of internet and networking fundamentals

    • Familiarity with SSL, DNS, HTML, SMTP, or PKI (an advantage)

    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

    Preferred (Advantageous):

    • Certifications: CISSP, CCNA, or MCSE

    • Experience with:

      • UNIX commands

      • Server administration: Windows, Apache (OpenSSL), Linux

      • Web server and VPN setup

    • Background in cybersecurity, PKI, or digital certificates
