Job Overview
Metrofile (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Client Service Representative – Truck Driver to join its Cleardata Bloemfontein Operations Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service while safely transporting and securely destroying confidential documents. This role involves operating a mobile shredding truck, handling document containers, and ensuring strict security procedures are followed during the shredding process.
Security and confidentiality are critical, as the role deals with sensitive customer documents that must be destroyed according to strict company protocols.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Service Representative will be responsible for:
Operations & Service

Completing all CSR work orders efficiently.

Scanning each document container at client sites.
-
Generating and issuing Certificates of Destruction to clients.

Performing on-site document shredding when required.
Vehicle & Equipment Handling
-
Loading and unloading the mobile shredding truck.
-
Ensuring cargo is safely secured before transport.
-
Monitoring and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

Reporting any vehicle or equipment faults to the Regional Operations Manager.
Documentation & Reporting
-
Completing the Daily Activity Workbook.

Ensuring scanning equipment and team storage areas are clean, organized, and locked.
Maintenance & Safety

Ensuring weekly cleaning of:
-
Mobile shredding truck
-
Shredding work area
-
Secure consoles
-
-
Offloading trucks when required and ensuring they are never overloaded.

Monitoring vehicle and warehouse cleanliness.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:

Matric Certificate (Non-negotiable)
-
Post-matric qualification in Logistics or Warehousing (certificate or diploma)

Valid Code 10 Driver’s License

Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
-
2–3 years driving experience operating an 8-ton vehicle in a logistics/warehouse/distribution environment

Own transport to travel to work when outbound routes begin early
