Job Description:
Mr Mattress is looking for THE BEST Sales Consultant to join its dynamic team in Bloemfontein. If you’re passionate about retail sales, direct marketing, and closing deals, this opportunity is for you. Your performance will directly impact your earnings, with monthly commission bonuses on top of a basic salary.
We’re seeking an energetic, driven, and people-oriented individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment and has a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive in-store retail sales through excellent customer service
Conduct cold calling and referral follow-ups to generate leads
Execute direct marketing activities to attract new customers
Maintain a positive and welcoming store environment
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma (Required)
Minimum 5 years’ sales experience (Required)
Valid Code 8 Driver’s License (Required)
Must be honest, reliable, and able to work independently
Outgoing and enthusiastic with a passion for working with people
Compensation Structure:
Basic Salary: R5,000 – R10,000
Commission: Paid monthly based on sales performance
Total Earnings: R10,000 – R15,000+ when targets are achieved
