Job Description:
As a Remote Outbound Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for initiating conversations with nonprofit leaders and converting them into qualified leads. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and loves making a positive impact through purposeful work.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to nonprofit organizations across the U.S.

Build rapport and identify client challenges and needs

Introduce Uluad’s services and communicate value propositions clearly

Book qualified appointments for the sales team

Maintain accurate activity records and lead tracking

Hit and exceed key performance metrics (calls, conversions, bookings)
Minimum Requirements:

3+ years cold calling experience (Non-negotiable)

Fluent in English with a clear American accent (No heavy dialects)

Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps)
