We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Operations Department as Personal Shoppers at Preller Square, Bloemfontein.
Job Summary:
As a Personal Shopper, you will act as a customer concierge—providing expert product guidance, picking and preparing orders for delivery, and assisting with in-store customer queries. You will play a vital role in creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, working from within our partner retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers by offering advice, guidance, and top-tier service
Accurately fulfill online orders in-store and ensure timely handover to delivery personnel
Maintain knowledge of product availability and offer substitutes where needed
Respond quickly to customer complaints and special requests
Ensure products are carefully selected, scanned, and packed according to order
Engage with store staff to ensure smooth operational workflow
Assist with packaging, loading, and payment processes when required
Keep management informed of issues such as stock shortages or product quality concerns
Follow all reasonable instructions from supervisors
Uphold the company’s values and contribute positively to the team culture
Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Must be able to type in full sentences
Must reside in or near Bloemfontein (preferably Preller Square area)
Must be customer-focused, with great attention to detail and initiative
Personal Attributes:
Energetic and proactive
Strong communication skills
Reliable and responsible
Team player with a willingness to support others
Able to handle fast-paced retail environments
