Job Overview
The Foschini Group (TFG) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the Store Manager position at Relay Jeans in Phuthaditjhaba, Free State.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall store operations, driving sales performance, controlling expenses, managing stock, leading employees and ensuring excellent customer service. This is an opportunity for an experienced retail professional with strong leadership and sales management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store turnover and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Control operational expenses and manage store budgets.
Monitor stock losses and ensure shrinkage remains within company standards.
Manage staff recruitment, training, development and performance.
Handle employee relations and people management.
Implement and maintain in-store merchandising strategies and standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve business objectives.
Plan, organise and manage daily store operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Minimum of 3 years’ retail experience.
At least 1 year of store leadership or management experience.
