Job Overview
PEP is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and energetic Sales Assistant to join its team at Loch Logan in Bloemfontein.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales, providing excellent customer service, managing stock, operating the cash register and ensuring that the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales by providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain world-class store standards and ensure the store image is well presented.
Ensure stock is properly displayed, managed and priced.
Implement promotional activities and maintain correct product pricing.
Minimise stock losses by following security measures and stock control procedures.
Handle cash and operate the cash register according to company policies.
Maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
Support a low-cost business culture by improving operational efficiency.
Work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants must have:
Grade 12 / Matric.
Proficiency in English.
Computer literacy.
1–2 years’ retail experience will be an advantage.
