Job Title: Fixed-term Operational Food and Beverage Supervisor (P11)

Responsibilities:
Execute food and beverage operations for the Hotel School, including catering for functions, meetings, and restaurant service at One on Park.
Plan and implement menus, oversee cost control, and manage restaurant operations.
Supervise hospitality students in a training environment.
Manage stock levels, ensure compliance with HACCP standards, and contribute to income generation.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Hospitality Management
Minimum of 2 years of industry experience as a food and beverage manager
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
Desired Experience and Skills:
Background in a reputable fine dining establishment or events company
Experience in restaurant organization and management
Expertise in menu planning, costing, and beverage quality control
Knowledge and practical experience with HACCP systems
Level 1 First Aid Certificate (preferential)
Benefits:
Total cost to company: R433 497 per annum
