    Responsibilities:

    • Execute food and beverage operations for the Hotel School, including catering for functions, meetings, and restaurant service at One on Park.

    • Plan and implement menus, oversee cost control, and manage restaurant operations.

    • Supervise hospitality students in a training environment.

    • Manage stock levels, ensure compliance with HACCP standards, and contribute to income generation.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Hospitality Management

    • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience as a food and beverage manager

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

    • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety

    Desired Experience and Skills:

    • Background in a reputable fine dining establishment or events company

    • Experience in restaurant organization and management

    • Expertise in menu planning, costing, and beverage quality control

    • Knowledge and practical experience with HACCP systems

    • Level 1 First Aid Certificate (preferential)

    Benefits:

    • Total cost to company: R433 497 per annum
