    Job Description

    Brand Campaigns, Events & Activations

    • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, events, and partnerships

    • Coordinate logistics for brand activations, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities

    • Ensure brand initiatives are delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines

    Administration & Supplier Coordination

    • Manage administrative tasks including purchase orders, budget requests, and supplier coordination

    • Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and partners to support brand projects

    Content & Project Coordination

    • Maintain and update content calendars to ensure timely rollout of marketing materials

    • Track deadlines and ensure smooth execution of brand projects

    • Support internal teams with brand-related requests and tasks

    Loyalty Program & Internal Support

    • Provide operational support for the Chery Loyalty Program and related initiatives

    • Assist with internal brand communications and coordination

    Quality Control & Execution

    • Ensure attention to detail across all brand deliverables

    • Support adherence to timelines, budgets, and brand standards

    Experience & Qualification Requirements

    • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

    • 1–3 years’ experience in brand coordination, marketing, or events management

    • Experience working with suppliers, agencies, or influencers (advantageous)

    Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

    • Strong organizational and project management skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    • Familiarity with content calendars or project management tools

    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset

    • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
