    Academic Content Writer: English Literature

This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality study materials and assessments in Humanities, with specialisation in English Literature. The successful candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure engaging and accurate learning content that aligns with Eduvos’ brand and academic standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop study material and assessments in collaboration with subject matter experts.

    • Follow content development guidelines and align with Eduvos brand requirements.

    • Review material with moderators for quality assurance.

    • Submit developed content for copy editing through the approved process.

    • Upload and release material in the required format on the learning management system.

    • Review and update existing study materials and assessments.

    • Resolve content-related queries and ingest module content when needed.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree in English Literature (Philosophy advantageous).

    • At least 3 years’ experience lecturing and/or developing study materials in Higher Education.

    • Experience creating interactive content on LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle).

    • Experience in setting assessments across NQF levels.

    • Published academic work will be an advantage.

    Competencies

    • Strong academic writing skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and Moodle (LMS).

    • Competence in English Literature and related subject areas.
