    Key Responsibilities of the Unit Administrator

    The Unit Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining seamless patient administration, financial processes, HR operations, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    1. Patient and General Administrative Duties

    • Completing all patient administration tasks efficiently and in line with NRC’s policies and deadlines.
    • Handling data entry, filing, and documentation to maintain accurate patient records.
    • Ensuring that all administrative duties contribute positively to staff and patient experiences.

    2. Financial Administration

    • Ensuring financial policies and procedures are adhered to in the unit.
    • Managing billing, confirmations, private patient accounts, stock records, and waste management processes.
    • Maintaining compliance with NRC’s financial guidelines and reporting procedures.

    3. Human Resources and Payroll Compliance

    • Assisting with the implementation and adherence to HR and payroll processes in the unit.
    • Ensuring smooth communication and coordination of HR-related tasks in line with company policies.

    4. Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement

    • Providing efficient and proactive customer service to patients and their families.
    • Maintaining effective communication with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery.
    • Acting as a point of contact between the unit and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

    5. Training and Knowledge Development

    • Ensuring that all staff members receive adequate training related to administrative functions.
    • Keeping personal knowledge updated on NRC’s administrative processes and industry best practices.

    Required Qualifications and Experience
