    Sales Consultant- SERR Synergy Employment Relations x1

    Purpose of the Position

    The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling SERR’s legal, compliance, business support, and skills development services to businesses. The role focuses on generating new clients, building long-term business relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of enterprises through legislative compliance and workforce development solutions.

    This is a commission-based sales opportunity that offers flexible working hours and unlimited earning potential based on performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales and Business Development

    • Identify and approach potential clients.
    • Promote SERR’s range of legal and business services.
    • Generate new business opportunities.
    • Conduct sales presentations and consultations.
    • Convert leads into paying clients.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Understand client business needs and compliance requirements.
    • Provide professional advice on available services.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients.

    Marketing and Promotion

    • Promote company services within the local business community.
    • Participate in marketing and networking activities.
    • Generate referrals and business leads.
    • Represent the company professionally at all times.

    Compliance and Skills Development Advocacy

    • Assist businesses in understanding legislative compliance requirements.
    • Promote skills development and training initiatives.
    • Support business growth through appropriate service solutions.
    • Contribute to improving workforce development and compliance awareness.

    Reporting and Administration

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
    • Track sales activities and performance.
    • Submit reports as required.
    • Follow company sales processes and procedures.

    Minimum Requirements

    Education

    • Grade 12 / Matric.

    Language Requirements

    • Fluent in:
      • Afrikaans
      • English

    Experience

    • Previous sales or marketing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
