About the Role

Daniyal Technologies is seeking a highly detail-oriented Remote Operations Coordinator to oversee and enforce operational compliance across our remote workforce. This role is central to ensuring productivity, adherence to SOPs, and consistent operational performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor employee productivity through Hubstaff (screenshots, activity levels, time tracking).

• Review daily standups, reports, and check-in logs.

• Assess online availability, communication response times, and shift adherence.

• Conduct random security audit calls to verify work presence.

• Track PTO, missed clock-ins, inactivity, and policy violations.

• Follow up with employees who breach operational rules.

• Prepare weekly operations and performance reports.

• Work with HR to document warnings and compliance issues.

• Review device screenshots, login history, and timesheets for integrity.

• Ensure all departments comply with operations SOPs and WFH expectations.

• Assist management with internal audits and operational reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in operations, remote team coordination, or HR compliance.

• Proficient in Hubstaff, Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets, and time-tracking tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Reliable, disciplined, and confident in holding team members accountable.

• Stable internet connection (backup power is an advantage).
