Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at one of our Inland Region sites in Bloemfontein. The supervisor will ensure high hygiene standards, effective staff coordination, and excellent service delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily tasks of cleaning staff.

Conduct regular inspections to verify hygiene and safety compliance.

Maintain schedules, cleaning records, and incident reports.

Train staff in cleaning procedures and Tsebo protocols.

Handle client queries professionally; escalate issues when required.
Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to coordinate teams and delegate tasks.
-
Health & Safety knowledge (advantageous).

Competence in maintaining operational records.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Grade 12 / Matric (minimum).

2–3 years experience in a cleaning environment.
-
At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
