Scope of Works / Services:
The appointed service provider will be responsible for the supply, installation, configuration, support, and maintenance of a comprehensive prepaid vending system and third-party vending platform. The solution must cover electricity and water metering services, and enable revenue collection, arrears recovery, and full TID (Token Identifier) rollover compliance. Key components include:
