Scope of Works:
The service provider will be responsible for the refurbishment and repair of wastewater treatment infrastructure as well as the execution of additional civil works in Smithfield. The project includes:
Refurbishment and repair of the Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW) at Zastron/Matlakeng
Construction of a 1 km paved access road with stormwater drainage (Smithfield – Phase 2)
Construction of 482 toilets in Smithfield
All work must adhere to municipal standards and comply with environmental and safety regulations.
CIDB Grading Required:
Minimum 3 CE
2 CE PE may qualify depending on scope allocation (see tender documents)
Contract Duration:
As per project plan outlined in the tender documents (details to be confirmed in project timelines)
