Job Description
Customer Consultation & Service
Consult with customers and provide expert advice on beauty and skincare products
Answer product-related questions and recommend suitable solutions
Deliver friendly, professional, and visible customer service
Act as a brand ambassador for Clicks
Sales & Target Achievement
Drive and maximize beauty sales through promotion, upselling, and cross-selling
Ensure monthly sales targets are consistently met
Promote private label and exclusive products to increase profitability and brand loyalty
Promote Clicks Clubcard and enroll new members
Product Knowledge & Trend Awareness
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events
Provide accurate information to customers at all times
Stock Management & Operations
Execute operational activities within the beauty department
Manage stock, minimize shrinkage, and maintain high housekeeping standards
Ensure accurate administration and stock control
Visual Merchandising & Presentation
Maintain in-store visual merchandising and promotional standards
Ensure beauty department presentation meets brand requirements
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Essential: Grade 12
Desirable: Beauty/skincare qualification
Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales or marketing
