Job Description
Eskom is offering Engineer in Training opportunities at Lethabo Power Station in Deneysville, Free State. The programme provides successful candidates with institutionalised and on-the-job training to develop practical engineering experience and exposure within Eskom’s operations.
Applicants who successfully complete the recruitment process may be placed within Eskom Operations across the relevant divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in institutionalised engineering training.
- Complete on-the-job training as required.
- Gain practical exposure to engineering and operational activities.
- Apply engineering knowledge in accordance with Eskom policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements
Qualification
Applicants must have a fully completed BEng or BSc Engineering degree in one of the following fields:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering – Heavy Current
- Electrical Engineering – Light Current
- Electronics
- Mechatronics
- Chemical Engineering
Other Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen.
