Tender Description
Phumelela Local Municipality is inviting quotations from suitably qualified service providers to conduct laboratory analysis of water samples for water quality compliance in accordance with SANS 241 standards.
The appointed service provider will be responsible for analysing water samples over a three-month period and providing accurate, reliable and timely test results in accordance with the requirements outlined in the tender documentation.
Scope of Work
- Conduct laboratory analysis of water samples.
- Assess water quality compliance according to SANS 241 standards.
- Perform testing over a period of three months.
- Provide test results within the required timeframes.
- Ensure all testing procedures comply with relevant quality and safety standards.
- Submit supporting documentation demonstrating the laboratory’s capability and compliance.
Requirements
- Qualified laboratory personnel with experience in water quality analysis.
- Experience conducting tests in accordance with SANS 241 standards.
- Ability to provide accurate, reliable and timely results.
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and water quality compliance requirements.
