Job Description
Eduvos is looking for Higher Education Consultants to join its Bloemfontein campus. The successful candidates will be responsible for converting sales leads into student enrolments through effective educational consulting, sales activities, student nurturing, and exceptional customer service.
The role involves engaging with prospective students, managing leads, supporting applications, and guiding students through the enrolment journey while achieving sales, enrolment, and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify transfer calls from school leads.
- Contact and follow up with digital leads.
- Conduct sales activities, including:
- Calls
- Interviews
- Events
- Application support
- Convert applications into enrolments through effective student nurturing.
- Implement interventions to improve conversion rates.
- Track and achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales volumes, conversion rates, applications, enrolments, and revenue.
- Drive cross-mode, campus, and qualification sales.
- Maintain strong product knowledge.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely information.
- Make effective use of relevant sales and administrative systems.
- Provide prospective students with educational guidance and support throughout the application process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and relevant stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant undergraduate degree, such as:
- Commerce
- Education
- Social Sciences
- Marketing
- At least 2 years’ sales experience with a proven track record.
- At least 2 years’ experience in account management or customer relationship management.
- Higher education experience will be an advantage.
- Two years’ teaching experience will be an advantage.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport are essential.
- Must be willing and able to travel locally.
- Must be willing to work some weekends and evenings.
