Job Description
This role is focused on leading a retail store to achieve sales targets, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. As Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily store operations, manage staff, drive sales performance, and ensure the brand’s merchandising and service standards are consistently delivered.
You play a key role in turning strategy into in-store execution, while building a motivated, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store turnover and ensure sales targets are achieved
- Control store expenses and maximise profitability
- Manage stock levels and reduce shrinkage (stock loss)
- Lead and manage staff:
- Recruitment
- Training & development
- Performance management
- Employee relations
- Execute visual merchandising and in-store presentation standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement company strategies and operational policies
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 3 years retail experience
- At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
