    Purpose of the Position

    The Sales Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and systems support to the Sales Department. The role is responsible for coordinating sales events, managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, maintaining sales documentation, supporting student recruitment activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of sales processes across the campus.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Administration and Support

    • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
    • Ensure efficient execution of sales-related processes.
    • Assist with the coordination of daily sales operations.

    Event Coordination

    • Coordinate and support sales and recruitment events.
    • Assist with planning and logistics for campus marketing activities.
    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding event requirements.
    • Ensure promotional events are executed successfully.

    CRM System Management

    • Act as the superuser for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    • Support sales staff with CRM-related queries and system usage.
    • Monitor data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
    • Generate reports and maintain customer information databases.

    Student Transfer Administration

    • Manage the transfer process for students moving between Eduvos campuses.
    • Ensure all transfer documentation is completed accurately.
    • Liaise with relevant departments to facilitate seamless transfers.

    Marketing and Sales Collateral Management

    • Manage marketing materials and sales collateral.
    • Ensure sales teams have access to updated promotional resources.
    • Maintain inventory and distribution of brochures, prospectuses, and marketing documents.
    • Act as custodian of campus sales documentation and materials.

    Travel and Logistics Coordination

    • Process travel requests for sales staff.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and related administrative requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with company travel procedures.

    Data Auditing and Reporting

    • Conduct quarterly audits of sales systems and databases.
    • Identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
    • Compile reports for management review.
    • Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting.

    Lead Management

    • Manage and control school lead cards and prospective student information.
    • Ensure timely capture and follow-up of leads.
    • Assist in tracking recruitment activities and conversion rates.

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma (or other relevant tertiary qualification).

    Experience

    • Relevant administrative experience.
    • Experience within the higher education sector will be advantageous.

    Systems Knowledge
