    Responsibilities:

    The appointed service provider will be responsible for the comprehensive provision of:

    • Firefighting services to respond promptly to any fire-related incidents within the power station premises.

    • Technical rescue services including high-angle, confined space, and vehicular accident response.

    • Emergency medical services (EMS) including basic and advanced life support, triage, patient stabilization, and transport.

    • Emergency preparedness planning, drills, and training for station staff.

    • Compliance with legal and operational standards, including all applicable national fire safety and emergency response regulations.

    • Regular reporting and communication with station management regarding incidents, readiness, and response evaluations.

    Qualifications:

    Interested bidders must meet the following criteria:

    • Proven track record in providing emergency fire, rescue, and medical response services to industrial or high-risk facilities.

    • Certification and compliance with relevant South African emergency services regulations and standards.

    • Availability of trained personnel, suitable vehicles (fire engines, ambulances), and operational equipment.

    • Ability to provide 24/7 coverage with quick response times.

    • Previous experience in servicing energy, mining, or industrial sectors is highly advantageous.

    • Valid registrations, licenses, and insurance.
