Job Description
The Workshop Manager is responsible for the overall management and profitability of the workshop, ensuring efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives. The role combines technical expertise, leadership, financial management, and operational oversight to ensure the workshop operates effectively and profitably.
The successful candidate will supervise workshop personnel, manage daily operations, maintain workshop assets, monitor financial performance, and ensure adherence to Toyota service standards and workshop processes.

Key Responsibilities
Workshop Operations Management
- Manage daily workshop operations.
- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Monitor service quality and turnaround times.
- Implement and maintain Toyota workshop standards and procedures.
- Ensure workshop targets and performance objectives are achieved.
Personnel Management
- Lead and supervise workshop staff.
- Conduct daily staff meetings.

Financial Management
- Manage workshop profitability and financial performance.

- Experience in financial and operational management.
