JOB DESCRIPTION
This learnership is designed for young unemployed South Africans to gain real workplace experience in a professional automotive environment. It provides structured training, mentorship, and exposure to industry operations to help participants build future careers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a learner, you will:
- Participate in daily workplace activities within your allocated department
- Assist with administrative, finance, or warehouse/operations tasks
- Follow instructions from supervisors and mentors
- Support team activities and operational processes
- Learn workplace systems, procedures, and industry practices
- Complete all training requirements linked to the programme
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- South African citizen
- Unemployed youth
- Age between 18 and 29 years
- Willingness to learn and commit to a 12-month programme
AVAILABLE DEPARTMENTS
You may be placed in one of the following areas:
- Finance
- Administration
- Warehouse / Operations
