Job Description
This role focuses on overseeing daily cleaning operations and ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and service delivery. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will manage cleaning staff, monitor performance, and ensure all work meets company and client expectations.
You’ll act as the link between staff and clients, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met
- Maintain cleaning schedules, reports, and incident records
- Train staff on proper cleaning procedures and company protocols
- Handle client queries and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 2–3 years’ experience in a cleaning environment
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
Advantageous
- Supervisory or management qualification
