Job Description
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across client portfolio management, sales, and operational functions. You will ensure that all compliance requirements are met while delivering high-quality service to clients.
The position involves coordinating banking activities, assisting with client needs, and ensuring that all processes align with the bank’s policies and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Relationship Manager with daily portfolio management tasks
- Perform administrative duties related to client accounts
- Assist with account opening and maintenance
- Provide sales support and promote relevant banking products and services
- Handle client queries and service requests efficiently
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Support operational processes for smooth service delivery

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (as required by the bank)
- FAIS Representative certification (required for financial advisory roles)
