    The position involves coordinating banking activities, assisting with client needs, and ensuring that all processes align with the bank’s policies and performance targets.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Relationship Manager with daily portfolio management tasks
    • Perform administrative duties related to client accounts
    • Assist with account opening and maintenance
    • Provide sales support and promote relevant banking products and services
    • Handle client queries and service requests efficiently
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
    • Support operational processes for smooth service delivery
    • Monitor and assist with risk management activities within the portfolio

     Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification (as required by the bank)
    • FAIS Representative certification (required for financial advisory roles)

      • Business & Commercial Banking
