Job Description
This role serves as a trusted banking advisor to small business customers by understanding their business needs and recommending suitable products and services. The Relationship Banker will manage customer portfolios, deliver excellent service, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure effective risk management.
The position combines relationship management, sales, customer service, and business development responsibilities within the Business and Commercial Banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with small business clients.
- Understand clients’ business operations and financial requirements.
- Provide professional banking advice and support.
- Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio.
Sales and Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
- Promote and sell relevant banking products and services.
- Introduce clients to financial and non-financial business solutions.

Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service through branch and virtual channels.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- First Degree in Business Commerce or a related field.
Experience
- 3–4 years of banking experience within:
- Personal Banking
- Consumer Banking
- Customer Consulting
- Personal Banking Services
- Enquiries and Customer Service environments
Preferred Experience
- Relationship Banking (Client Coverage).
- Business and Commercial Banking.
