The Analyst: Credit Support (Premium) is responsible for assisting the Relationship Manager in managing and supporting the credit portfolio within the Business and Commercial Banking segment. The role focuses on conducting financial and credit analysis, supporting business clients, and ensuring that credit processes align with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Relationship Manager with the day-to-day management of the credit portfolio.

Conduct financial and credit analysis for business banking clients.

Ensure credit applications and documentation comply with banking policies and procedures.

Support business development initiatives within the premium banking segment.

Maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with credit risk guidelines.

Review and analyse financial statements and business performance indicators.

Ensure accurate reporting and monitoring of credit facilities.
Qualifications:

First Degree in Business Commerce or a related field.

FAIS Representative certification (or willingness to work under supervision if not yet certified).
Experience:

5–7 years’ experience in a similar credit role, including financial and credit analysis.

Experience working with delegated credit authority.

Previous experience in Business and Commercial Banking.

Business development experience will be advantageous.
