Procure and deliver bolts, washers, rawbolts, grease, submersible borehole pumps, motors, control boxes, and related materials
Ensure availability of quality water infrastructure components for operational needs of Maluti-a-Phofung Water facilities

Supply & Delivery:
- Bolts, washers, rawbolts, and grease
- Submersible borehole pumps:
  - 4 × 400V AC (3-phase), 3 KW, 200m head
  - 4 × 400V AC (3-phase), 5.5 KW, 200m head
  - 2 × 240V AC (single-phase), 1.1 KW, 100m head
- Control boxes for boreholes:
  - 4 × 3 KW (3-phase)
  - 4 × 240V AC
- Additional items: LED emergency lights, secondary office doors, ceiling boards, floodlights, wooden doors, lock sets, hinges, promotional materials
Installation, technical assessments, and adherence to specifications and procurement policies

Bidders must demonstrate:

Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
Tax compliance with valid PIN & municipal rates clearance (≤3 months arrears)
CIDB grading of 1 GB or higher (General Building), registered/renewed within last 3 years
Company registration certificates reflecting active members
Capability to supply materials/equipment according to technical specifications
Experience in water infrastructure projects and installation services
Capacity to meet HDI, youth, women ownership goals and adhere to local procurement policies
Ability to provide certified invoices, breakdowns, and comply with tender evaluation criteria
