Eduvos is seeking a skilled and visionary Academic Programme Manager to oversee the design and delivery of qualifications in the Faculty of Humanities. This is a permanent position and may be based at any of our 12 campuses across South Africa.

Purpose of the Role:
To manage the academic integrity, curriculum development, and delivery of Humanities qualifications across multiple campuses. The role combines strategic oversight, academic leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Master’s degree in Education (MEd or Educational Psychology)
An undergraduate qualification in Education is compulsory
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years in an academic role post-qualification
At least three (3) years’ experience in academic management or demonstrated managerial capability
Experience in curriculum development and assessment design
Exposure to matrix management structures or project-based academic delivery
Subject matter expertise in:
Education (undergraduate level)
Psychology (any level)
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Management & Delivery
Lead the design and delivery of academic programmes in Humanities
Ensure compliance with academic regulatory frameworks and Eduvos standards
Monitor and report on programme performance and quality assurance
Sales & Enablement Support
Provide academic insights and training support to enable marketing and student recruitment
Strategic & Operational Planning
Drive strategy implementation through operational planning, monitoring, and course correction
Provide input into curriculum planning, budgeting, and academic resource allocation
Leadership & People Development
Lead performance management, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning
Foster a collaborative and innovative academic culture
Manage training needs and staff development aligned with Eduvos’s mission
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including professional bodies (e.g., HPCSA, DBE, CHE, SAQA)
Support governance, compliance, and collaborative initiatives across campuses

Deep knowledge of academic systems, regulations, and faculty operations
Proven subject matter expertise in Education and/or Psychology
Familiarity with statutory accreditation processes
