Overview
The company is seeking an experienced Senior AI Native Developer with strong expertise in:
- C#
- Python
- AI integration
- Backend development
- Database systems
The successful candidate will lead the development of scalable AI-enabled applications and backend systems used in clinical research environments.
Main Responsibilities
Backend Development
- Design and develop backend solutions using:
- C#
- PostgreSQL
- GraphQL
- Build scalable and maintainable architectures.
AI Integration
- Integrate modern AI tools and features into applications.
- Enhance functionality and user experience through AI-driven solutions.
Software Development
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop high-quality, well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and testing processes.
Testing and Deployment
- Create and execute:
- Unit tests
- Integration tests
- End-to-end tests
- Support CI/CD pipelines and software releases.
Problem Solving and Support
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis.
- Implement preventive solutions.
Documentation and Collaboration
- Maintain technical documentation including:
- Specifications
- Deployment guides
- Test evidence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and AI integration strategies.
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
- Proven experience in:
- AI-native development
- C# and Python backend development
- Experience with:
- PostgreSQL
- GraphQL
- CI/CD pipelines
- Automated testing
- Git/version control systems
Technical Skills
- AI feature integration in production systems
- Secure software development
- Data protection and performance optimisation
- Backend frameworks and database management
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English

Residency Requirement

Salary and Benefits

- £70,000 – £100,000 per annum
