Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Drive and implement strategies that align with the bank’s revenue and growth objectives.
Identify operational gaps and recommend initiatives to boost client acquisition and retention.

Review daily MIS reports and initiate corrective actions.
2. Revenue & Profit Management
Champion the bank’s product and channel diversification strategy.
Lead the region in achieving sales targets across product categories.
Develop region-specific action plans for customer and revenue growth.
3. Productivity & Performance
Ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, and productivity planning within branches.
Oversee quality control measures and adherence to the bank’s code of conduct and ethics.
Monitor productivity against set benchmarks and adjust tactics where necessary.
Drive branch-level profitability based on local market dynamics.
4. Human Capital Management
Lead talent acquisition in line with HR policy and labour legislation.
Set clear KPIs and development paths for all team members.
Conduct performance appraisals, address underperformance, and foster a high-performance culture.
Handle staff discipline and grievance processes in collaboration with HR partners.
5. Customer Focus
Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory mandates, and risk protocols.
Align branch operations with evolving business processes and legal requirements.
Proactively manage risk by identifying process gaps and implementing corrective actions.
Champion adherence to all SOPs and regulatory frameworks.
