Responsibilities:
Coordinate all weighing processes of raw materials, final products, and incoming/outgoing vehicles
Weigh vehicles using computerized systems before and after loading/unloading
Verify load details against purchase orders and delivery notes
Ensure lab results are approved before releasing vehicles
Accurately capture and update weighing information into relevant systems (NAV, Kairos)
Report discrepancies or issues to management
Ensure all compartments and doors are sealed and secured prior to load movement
Process and print documentation as required (invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
Maintain accurate records, registers, and daily control sheets
Communicate and forward documentation to relevant teams promptly
Qualifications:
Grade 12 (Matric) required
2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
Previous exposure to a feed mill environment is advantageous
Computer literacy is essential; experience with NAV and Kairos is beneficial
Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and extended hours if needed
Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts
Professional demeanor and good interpersonal relations
