Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all aspects of the store operations
Maximize turnover and profit
Control and prevent stock loss
Deliver outstanding customer service by implementing customer experience strategies
Lead talent selection, training, coaching, and retention initiatives
Apply innovative visual merchandising techniques to drive sales
Implement and uphold all company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Foster an inspiring and fun team environment
Align the team with company culture
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Matric or equivalent qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Clear criminal record
Strong communication skills at all levels
