- CIDB Grade 4CE or higher.
Experience Requirements
Contractors must provide evidence of:

- Completed projects exceeding R3 million in value.
- Successful delivery of athletic track, stadium, or related infrastructure projects.
Key Personnel Requirements
Project Manager
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years relevant civil engineering experience.
- Experience managing similar infrastructure projects.
Site Agent
Must have:
- Minimum 2 years relevant construction experience.
- Ability to supervise daily site operations.
Financial Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate financial capability through:
- Bank rating of A, B, or C.
- Bank confirmation not older than 3 months.
- Ability to fund project activities until payment cycles are completed.
