Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs)
-
Develop deep product, sales, and market intelligence to offer valuable insights
-
Act as the IFA’s go-to source within Momentum for products, services, and support
-
Conduct regular visits and structured engagements with IFAs to understand their needs
-
Increase IFA activity and productivity to meet and exceed sales targets
-
Host professional IFA meetings and capture detailed minutes
-
Educate IFAs on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates
-
Help enable better financial planning and client outcomes through coaching and support
-
Drive IFAs from being non-active supporters to brand ambassadors
-
Achieve minimum production targets and active IFA engagement thresholds
Qualifications:
-
BCom degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or Legal (essential)

Willingness to study toward a degree (if not held) via recognition of prior learning (if 3+ years of MDS experience)
-
Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) is advantageous
Experience:
-
1–3 years in a relevant sales role (essential)
-
3–5 years in the financial services industry (desired)

Familiarity with Momentum Myriad and Investo products is a plus

Solid business acumen with understanding of risk assessments, claims, underwriting, tax, and business assurance
